Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise purchased from our website in exchange for store credit only.
To initiate a return, please email shopsimplygrace@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
A return shipping fee of $8.00 per order will be deducted from the store credit amount issued. Customers are responsible for returning items in accordance with this policy.
Once a Return Authorization has been issued, items must be postmarked within 7 days. Returns mailed after this timeframe may not be eligible for store credit.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Any item discounted by 25% or more
- Items purchased from the Sale section
- Pre-order items
- Bodysuits
- Any item marked “Final Sale”
Return Requirements
To be eligible for store credit:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, and damage
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original condition
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shopsimplygrace@outlook.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at shopsimplygrace@outlook.com.
Shop Simply Grace is not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
