Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During new launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer:
- Flat Rate Shipping: $6.95
- Free Shipping on orders of $75 or more (before taxes)
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package’s delivery status.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Shop Simply Grace is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at shopsimplygrace@outlook.com.
Shop Simply Grace is not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

LOCAL PICKUP POLICY
Shop Simply Grace offers free local pickup in Deepwater, Missouri.
Pickup Location:
724 SW 401 Rd
Deepwater, MO 64740
Pickup Hours:
Orders may be picked up daily between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM unless otherwise arranged.
Pickup Process:
• Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup.
• Orders will be placed in the designated storage box under the covered porch between the rocking chairs.
• Orders will be labeled with the customer’s name.
Customer Responsibility:
• Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the designated pickup hours.
• Please use caution when entering and exiting the property.
• Children must remain supervised at all times while on the property.
• Once an order has been picked up, Shop Simply Grace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Property & Liability:
By selecting Local Pickup, customers acknowledge that pickup takes place at a private residence and agree to enter the property at their own risk. Shop Simply Grace is not responsible for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages that may occur while on the property.
Security:
The pickup area is monitored by video surveillance 24 hours a day for security purposes.
